This sounds good in theory! However, there’s so much more to consider than context — establishing behavior, reinforcement, punishment, shaping, fading, environmental contingencies, and the person’s history, just to name a few.

Unfortunately, behavior is complex, often requires formal assessment to fully understand why it occurs — even the person engaging in their own behavioral habits may not always know “why” at first, and is not as simple as context.
